Customer Service Advisor – Darlington

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy Darlington repair centre. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience, from first contact right through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, both in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and regular progress updates
16. Coordinate with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to keep communication smooth and efficient
17. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
18. Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
19. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience an advantage, but not essential)
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
22. Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
23. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
