We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will manage a caseload of customer enquiries and key accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support, technical advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Handle customer enquiries efficiently and within service level agreements.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships through regular contact.
Provide advice and technical support on product applications.
Log and track customer complaints in collaboration with the QA team.
Support customers via phone, email, and online portals.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
Confident working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
SAP experience is a plus.
