THE OPPORTUNITY
* Join a growing Aviation Finance team within a highly rated Finance & Projects group.
* Advise banks, lessors, airlines and other financial institutions on a broad range of aviation finance transactions.
* Work across the full lifecycle of aircraft finance, leasing and restructuring matters.
* Gain exposure to cross-border financings, sale and leaseback transactions, PDP facilities and operating lease structures.
* Support on complex structured financings, including ECA-backed deals and hybrid debt structures.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider asset finance and transport platform.
* Take on meaningful responsibility with direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop your own profile in the aviation sector.
* Be part of a team in growth mode, with clear scope for progression as the practice continues to expand.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 5-6 years’ PQE with strong experience in aviation finance or asset finance.
* A solid grounding in aircraft finance, leasing and related cross-border transactions.
* Experience acting for banks, lessors, airlines or financial institutions.
* Technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing transactional workstreams.
* Comfortable working on complex, structured and multi-jurisdictional deals.
* Ambitious, proactive and keen to build a long-term career within a growing aviation platform.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
