Position Job Purpose (Role Definition): To develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across various online channels with the overall objective of increasing sales. The role involves leveraging digital platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and websites to reach target audiences, drive traffic and generate sales leads. Additionally, the job holder will analyse campaign performance data to optimise tactics, ultimately the goal is to maximise online presence, customer acquisition and ROI through effective digital means. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all social media channels and execute the marketing communications strategy. Develop a digital marketing plan for each financial year working closely with the Marketing Manager Initiating and implementing Google ads and paid social campaigns. Reporting analytics from Google ads and paid social media posts including making recommendations for improvement. Manage the content planning, identify new content for both the company and product, assisting Product Management and Sales in generating product content for social media platforms. Copy writing to be used in website blogs, social media posts, and content for promotional material, website updates and brochures. Help to increase the Company's profile worldwide through engaging press releases and other campaigns. Global lead generation for products through campaigns, including reporting and analytics. Produce photos and video content for website and training purposes. Produce and maintain a calendar of social media posts, sharing with teams to maximise sharing and therefore maximising engagement with the posts. Produce quarterly marketing updates for internal use within all teams in the Inspiration Healthcare, to Help in improving internal communications and staff engagement. Provide support in managing the content of the Group website, ensuring that the content is up to date, accurate and meets legal & regulatory requirements. Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, proof-reading, and formatting assistance during the creation of marketing materials. Adhere to the requirements of the Company's business management systems. Support the business' Quality policy and objectives. Website updates using wordpress Website analytics reporting and linking to social campaigns monthly, along with a rolling annual view setting and reporting on specific KPI's agreed with management. Search engine optimisation to improve quality and quantity of website traffic. Follow all marketing and company procedures for approvals of content. Management Responsibilities: None Requirements Experience and Qualifications Required: Mandatory: Marketing degree or equivalent. Experience and knowledge of media channels and communication platforms. Desirable: Creative digital and image retouching skills (Photoshop or equivalent) Experience with search engine optimisation (SEO) Familiarity with website analytics and reporting Experience with Adobe creative cloud software. Experience in medical devices, ideally neonatal or respiratory.
