You’ll oversee and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery while building a positive, engaged, and capable workforce. From recruitment and onboarding to performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement—you’ll be at the heart of it all. What You’ll Be Doing Leading, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers Driving high standards of person-centred care and service delivery Partnering with People & Culture to recruit and onboard great talent Supporting workforce planning and rostering in collaboration with internal teams Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Supporting CHSP client onboarding, reviews, and referrals Building strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders Fostering a positive, values-driven team culture Skills And Experiences What You’ll Bring Experience in Aged Care or Community Services (2–3 years) Proven ability to lead, coach, or support a team Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence managing competing priorities and complex situations A genuine passion for improving client outcomes and team performance Why BallyCara?
