Hours and Shifts
20 hours per week
All Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work every other weekend as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service. Early shifts start at 7am and late shifts end at 10pm.
Salary and Location
£12.96 per hour
Location: New Oscott Retirement Village
Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
* Encourage independence and self-belief
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service
* Flexible with hours
