What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an Health and Safety management role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of HS regulations and best practises, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging employees at all levels. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
