Job role We are seeking an enthusiastic CG Supervisor to lead our team within a creative and unique environment. This is a leadership role requiring strong artistic vision, deep technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the creative and technical standards, guiding teams through complex challenges, and ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time. Our ideal CG Supervisor will have Proven experience as a CG Supervisor or Lead in a high-end VFX Studio. Strong background in 3D with mastery of industry-standard tools (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Arnold/RenderMan/Redshift, etc.). Comprehensive understanding of the full CG pipeline from asset build to final render. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Clear communicator, able to bridge creative direction with technical execution. Strong creative eye with the ability to deliver both photoreal and stylised visuals. Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Responsibilities in the role Supervise the 3D team across all aspects of production including previs, layout, modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, FX, and rendering. Define and maintain the creative and technical vision for CG on assigned projects. Troubleshoot technical issues across modelling, texturing, lighting, FX, and rendering. Act as a key point of contact for clients during reviews, presentations, and feedback sessions. Review shots and provide clear, constructive feedback to artists. Ensure assets and shots meet production standards for quality and efficiency. Maintain alignment with project schedules and budgets while upholding quality standards.
