Supply Chain Coordinator – JLL Contract
Location: Manchester / Hybrid Working
Reports to: Support Services Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support facility management operations under the JLL contract. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement and service delivery, while maintaining compliance and strong subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate procurement for planned maintenance services.
* Manage supplier relationships and monitor subcontractor performance.
* Track purchase orders and ensure alignment with cost books and PPM planners.
* Ensure Avetta compliance and maintain green status with subcontractors.
* Support contract renewals and gather costs for smooth transitions.
* Maintain accurate records and manage the approved subcontractor list.
* Evaluate customer feedback and drive service improvements.
* Resolve supply chain issues and delays with vendors and internal teams.
* Manage the team inbox and ensure timely responses.
* Track and negotiate costs for additional services added to contracts.
* Review subcontractor lines and monitor spend in line with contract reviews.
* Generate reports on supply usage, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Manage subcontractor onboarding.
* Ensure 100% completion of eLearning requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in supply chain management and subcontractor negotiations.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
* Awareness of compliance, service level agreements, and contract management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence decisions using data.
