Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and collections progress.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

A successful remote Credit Controller with NetSuite & SalesForce Experience should have:

Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
