🌟 The Opportunity As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they receive a first-class service at every stage of their journey.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, support contract renewals, provide valuable insights through data analysis, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

βœ… What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with motivated, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships and delivering results.
You'll ideally have:
βœ” Experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role
βœ” Experience working within a B2B environment
βœ” Utilities, energy, facilities management, consultancy, or related sector experience would be highly advantageous
βœ” Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
βœ” The ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear and engaging way
βœ” Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
βœ” Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
βœ” Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital reporting tools
βœ” A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
