Family Solicitor – Nottingham - Competitive Salary

The law firm offers specialist quality legal advice for individuals on matters such as divorce/separation, private children law, and finances. The firm is recognised across the nation for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Family department, it is now seeking to appoint a newly qualified to 3 years PQE Family Solicitor focusing on private family work to join the team of specialists within their Nottingham office.
The Candidate
* Family Solicitor, NQ-3 PQE
* Experience within divorce proceedings, financial matters upon divorce, private children act cases, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and family law act applications
* Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
