We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a talented ParcelShop Business Development Executive to help drive performance, grow our network, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across your region. What You’ll Do As a ParcelShop Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Evri ParcelShops in your territory. You will: Grow the network by identifying and signing new retailers that meet our operational requirements. Drive performance through data analysis, coaching, and continuous improvement with existing ParcelShops. Build strong relationships with retailers to motivate and support excellent customer service. Ensure operational and H&S standards are met, including safe parcel handling and correct use of Evri equipment. Increase visibility of our services through training, POS updates, and in-store engagement. Promote additional services to maximise profitability and expand ParcelShop offerings. Provide timely reporting, insights, and feedback to your Regional Manager. Maintain productivity through effective planning and regular retailer visits. Represent Evri with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude. This is an agile, field-based role with daily travel within your region (and occasionally across the UK when required).
