We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Preston area on a full-time basis.
They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours:
* As a Residential Surveyor, you'll be required to work full-time
* Remote working
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
* On Target earnings of £70,000 - £90,000

Residential Surveyor requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor
* VRS Registered
* Highly driven and organised
* Experience in using iPad and Apps
* UK driving license
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
