Join our team as a Claims Handler and make a real difference. Based in our Chichester office, you’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. You’ll play a key role in helping our insureds navigate the claims process with confidence and ease. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll guide insureds through the claims process, offering clear technical advice and support every step of the way. You’ll manage claims from start to finish, in line with authority limits and internal procedures. You’ll liaise with insurers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and ensure clients are kept informed, playing a vital role in maintaining their trust in Gallagher. You’ll also: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Provide clear and empathetic communication throughout the claims process. Monitor claims progress and ensure timely payments. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices. About You You’re a great communicator who thrives on helping others. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You have experience in claims handling, ideally within the property or real estate market, and you’re familiar with industry regulations. A Cert CII or Dip CII qualification is desirable, but not essential. Most importantly, you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and making a positive impact.
