Business Analyst - WL Origination and Pricing
Job Description
Purpose of the role
To support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
1. Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organization.
2. Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Support the creation of business cases to justify investment in solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
6. Support report creation on project progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
7. Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within scope.
8. Assist in change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix for successful implementation.

To succeed, candidates should have:
* Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business and technology.
* Experience defining future state processes and analyzing functional requirements.
* Ability to engage with complex stakeholder groups and work closely with technology teams.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Valued additional skills include:
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of loan syndication, origination, and trading.
* Experience managing requirements in Jira and documentation in Confluence.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
This role is based in London.
