Pobl Group is seeking a full-time Scheme Support Officer in Cardiff to provide support in a supported housing service. You will work on a rotating schedule, including sleep-in shifts, playing a vital role in assisting service users to achieve independence and improve their lives.
In this role, you'll engage with vulnerable individuals, help them build skills, and encourage their integration into society. Previous experience is an asset but not required as passion and empathy are key.
