People & Change Partner
Are you ready to make a real impact in a vibrant, fast-growing business? At easyJet holidays, we’re looking for a People and Change Partner to help further enhance our brilliant culture and support the delivery of our people strategy as we continue to expand. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and leading on a variety of people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle. From delivering organisational change to managing and supporting career and development initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us.
You’ll also co-chair our People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, and bringing colleagues together through social and community events. Supporting talent and the development of our people managers and employees, you’ll help build capability and confidence across the business, especially as roles evolve in our rapidly growing environment. easyJet holidays is an end-to-end business and this is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a brilliant employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR guidance to managers across the business and lead on a variety of people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle.
* Deliver organisational change and support career and development initiatives.
* Co-chair the People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Support talent development and the capability building of our people managers and employees as roles evolve in a fast-growing environment.
* Contribute to building a brilliant employee experience across the organisation.
What you’ll bring to the team
* Strong HR background in fast-paced, multi-functional environments, ideally within a rapidly growing or start-up business.
* Experience in both operational and strategic HR, implementing organisational change, and designing innovative employee programmes that drive engagement and development.
* Exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and thorough knowledge of UK employment law.
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and employee groups.
* Highly organized, resilient, and proactive with confidence using Workday, MS Office, and HR systems.
