Role Purpose
To develop and deliver a marketing strategy that includes social media, advertising, website management, PR, and onsite events. Building community connections and third-party relationships locally, liaising with tenants to promote offers. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Centre Manager and collaborates with BWP to ensure alignment of onsite activity, communications, and brand values.

The property is a medium-sized shopping centre in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be part of a team of four, serving as an essential asset to the property, colleagues, clients, and occupiers.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
* Support the delivery of the marketing strategy across all stakeholder groups.
* Coordinate with external marketing partners to align activities with the asset strategy.
* Implement and manage Affinity Staffordshire’s marketing initiatives.
* Use ROI measurements to inform ongoing marketing efforts.
* Organize key events and promotions aligned with asset milestones.
* Contribute to the site's place-making strategy to attract long-term lettings.
Finance
* Manage marketing budgets with strict control.
* Ensure procedures for budget control and reconciliation are followed.
* Work with partners to fund events where possible.
Occupier Liaison
* Communicate effectively with tenants, supporting their needs and enhancing satisfaction.
* Gather and analyze data on retailer performance, sales, and other KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with retailers.
* Provide performance reports to management.
* Collaborate on marketing responses and social media strategies.
* Participate in retailer meetings and support communication efforts.
* Update retailer handbooks and develop new occupier welcome packs.
PR
* Develop PR campaigns to support marketing activities.
* Identify and communicate PR opportunities with stakeholders.
* Work with PR agencies to enhance reputation and brand image.
Events and Promotions
* Develop strategies to increase experience and social media engagement.
* Support event planning and promotion through marketing channels.
* Ensure events align with overall asset and marketing strategies.

Person Specification/Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, PR, events, or social media roles.
