Are you a proactive, people-focused recruiter ready to take ownership of a dynamic, multi-site recruitment portfolio? We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring of head office related roles such as admin, finance, marketing, IT, HR etc — across multiple London locations. What You'll Do: * Lead full-cycle recruitment: qualifying, creating adverts, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective recruitment strategies. * Attend interview at various London sites, when needed, to support hiring managers * Coordinate interviews and assessment days, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various sites. * Maintain compliance with Right to Work and GDPR regulations. What You Bring: * Proven end to end recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency). * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to manage 15 plus vacancies simultaneously. * A proactive mindset, excellent time management, and a passion for people. Location & Flexibility: This is a fully site based role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Our client offers a variety role and great benefits package.
