Our client, a prominent authority in the local government sector, is currently seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing streetworks activities within the borough
Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and standards
Monitoring streetworks operations to minimise disruption to the public
Liaising with contractors, utility companies, and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of streetworks activities
Providing timely updates and reports on project progress
Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during streetworks
Contributing to the development and implementation of streetworks policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of NRSWA regulations and requirements
Experience coordinating streetworks activities in an urban environment
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in streetworks coordination
