Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks. Providing excellent servicing to internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality first point of contact service across a wide range of organisational functions
2. Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to internal procedures and service standards
3. Deliver accurate administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and record management
4. Manage reception duties, ensuring a professional and weing environment for visitors and staff
5. Track and resolve customer feedback andplaints within agreed timelines, supporting continuous improvement
6. Utilise data and customer insight to enhancemunications and service delivery
7. Encourage the use of digital channels to improve efficiency, engagement, and self-service uptake
8. Maintain and update electronic systems to support service functions andpliance requirements
9. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to support shared objectives
What you'll need to succeed

11. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
