We’re now looking for a Showroom Manager to recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Consultants in our Nottingham showroom — taking full responsibility for sales performance, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to the senior leadership team, offering the chance to shape how the showroom grows and how success is delivered.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the performance of our Nottingham showroom. You’ll lead and motivate the Sales Consultant(s), oversee customer service, manage stock and displays, and ensure targets are met. You’ll also be the key link between the showroom and Head Office—reporting on sales and providing feedback
