Mon-Fri, 36hrs per week, full-time office-based, reporting to Senior Property Surveyor. Undertaking daily inspections to meet the requirements of Awaab's Law. Most important: • Excellent building pathology knowledge. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsive repairs, preferably in Housing. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Reliability. • Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail.
