HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner 📍 Predominantly Homebased (Midlands-Based Preferred) 💰 £22–£23 per hour Contract: 3 Months Minimum The Role A hands-on HR generalist role supporting significant new business growth and site expansion. You will work closely with the Head of People, providing operational HR support across multiple UK sites, managing complex ER activity, and supporting organisational change including TUPE and harmonisation projects. This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or someone stepping into a junior HRBP capacity who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
