Highly self-motivated, you’ll manage and prioritise a demanding workload effectively, while also being a strong networker who builds and sustains productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and clients. Your excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—will enable you to engage confidently with generalist and specialist audiences alike, whether through presentations, briefings, or day-to-day interactions.
You’ll hold a relevant qualification in building surveying, engineering, building fabric, or another property or construction-related discipline, and bring recent, demonstrable experience in planning and delivering lifecycle maintenance programmes. This includes work across building fabric, services, and infrastructure, as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing client relationships, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards.
