* Website maintenance or updates using simple content management systems
* Data protection, confidentiality, and safe information handling
* General admin or project support, ideally in a small team or charity setting
You don’t need to be an expert in everything — we’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, practical, and keen to make a positive contribution. We’ll provide an induction, guidance around our trauma‑informed approach, and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and connected in the role.
What will you be doing?
* Improving or maintaining shared IT systems (e.g. shared drives, forms, data storage)
* Supporting simple admin or tech processes that keep our work running smoothly
