And now, we're looking for a passionate Health & Safety Manager to join our brand‑new Derby site and work directly with our project team, automation specialists, and key stakeholders to create a culture where safety is simply how we do things.
Responsibilities
* Providing day‑to‑day SHE support and advice to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation.
* Developing, implementing, and communicating SHE policies tailored to the needs of a new, dynamic site.
* Meeting annual SHE objectives, measured through our performance management system.
* Supporting the wider SHE function in delivering the business plan.
* Coordinating and driving SHE initiatives, ensuring safety is embedded in every process and every team.
This role would suit people who
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proven capability to develop and deliver improvement plans
* Experience in an automation environment
* Experience working within a customer project team
