ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at a Darcy Gardens care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. This role offers a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. You will undertake varied work, supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time.

Each position is 33 or 44 hours per week, days or nights 8-8 (12 hour shifts) including alternate weekend working.
ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Care Assistant you need experience caring for older people, a can‑do approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm‑hearted, compassionate attitude. In return we provide all the training you need to thrive. We cannot provide skilled worker sponsorship.
