We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our dedicated, enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging. LINK connects businesses to customers through our communications products and services that drive engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Our brand is recognized as the UK’s #1 SMS provider, processing billions of text messages a year for thousands of UK companies. We’re expanding and need a Customer Success Specialist to support our three mobile marketing brands in the UK: FireText, Reach Interactive, and The SMS Works.
Responsibilities
* Dazzle users as the first port of call for new and existing customers via phone and email.
* Dive deep into customer data to uncover hidden opportunities and craft strategies to retain businesses.
* Develop and improve customer retention strategies, including crafting compelling message copy.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and portray the company’s positive, can‑do image.
* Navigate a web‑based platform with excellent problem‑solving skills and technical confidence.
* Build strong relations with all businesses, encouraging clients to use the platform more by listening to their needs and engaging in solutions‑focused conversations.
* Share ideas and support the marketing team with marketing activity to attract new clients.
What we need
* 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer care or marketing, with a keen interest in mobile marketing.
* Strong track record in building customer relationships, determination to succeed, and a drive to succeed.
* First‑class customer friendliness skills – go the extra mile.
* Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, adaptability in a fast‑growing, changing environment, quick learner, and ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently.
* Enthusiasm for working in a vibrant business, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
