Business Development Manager Business Development Manager – B2B Data Solutions (UK – Field Based) I’m partnering with a well-established, high-growth UK data solutions provider as they expand their New Business team. This is a true role for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on self-generating opportunities, building pipeline, and closing high-value deals across the corporate marketplace. : • Generate a minimum of 5 meetings per week through LinkedIn and outbound outreach • Identify and engage decision-makers responsible for data and marketing solutions • Sell high-value business data solutions (avg. order value circa £15k) • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close • Build and grow a portfolio of UK-based corporate clients • Develop account plans to drive retention and revenue growth • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting ’ : • Proven end-to-end B2B sales experience, including self-generated appointments • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets • Strong outbound prospecting and closing capability • Experience selling into companies with 20 employees and £5m turnover • Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and commercially driven : £150k revenue in Year 1 : £45k–£65k base £6k car allowance 12.5% commission on new business 5% on renewals Realistic opportunity to double or treble your basic If you're looking for a genuine new business role with strong earning potential and a clear path to long-term account growth, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation.
