THE ROLE
The Junior Onsite Trading Specialist - Campaign Execution will be responsible for the end to end of any promotion campaigns execution as well as work with key stakeholders in onsite planning and off site marketing communications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. End to end Onsite & channel cross-functional coordination & execution for Trade Campaigns including Promotions, Sale, and other commercial campaigns
2. Manage onsite documentation updates including promo doc, slack channel, promo hub etc.
3. Support teams on any Sale & Promo questions on slack and key channels throughout the promotion process
4. Briefs coordination of campaigns working closely to Editorial and Creative teams, leading on copy’s request and banner creation
5. Coordination of Labels and T&Cs update with key stakeholders
6. Pre and post launch QA and troubleshooting, supporting LS and MP teams
7. Launch promo PLP & PDP (Flexible working hours due to potential early starts)
8. Mockups of Customers Journey focusing on Campaign execution details before Promo launch and share with key stakeholders Customers Service and Ops
9. Present Campaign execution slides and next steps to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
10. Promo analysis using Looker, working with the trading team on optimising the onsite touchpoints
11. Lead on future improvements
12. Training sessions to team when necessary ( on promo tool)
13. Special ad hoc projects Promo Template supporting Onsite Trading Manager and work with key stakeholders
14. Work with Onsite Trading Specialist - Experience on Experimentation clinic, any improvements and A/B test ideas
15. Competitors research focusing on messaging and customers experience
WHO YOU ARE
16. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Very comfortable in presenting to big audiences.
17. Proficiency in organising campaign tasks, timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure efficient campaign execution and delivery. Able to work reactively and under pressure based on business needs, changing priorities based on necessities.
18. Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the campaign lifecycle, employing creative and analytical thinking to find viable solutions.
19. Ability to adapt to changes in campaign scope, timelines, or resources, and to adjust plans accordingly to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
20. Skill in understanding and managing the needs and expectations of project stakeholders.
