Required Skills & Experience
* Data & Technical Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL, collaborative data notebooks, and advanced internal enterprise BI platforms.
* Advanced Analytics: Mastery of spreadsheet analysis (growth modeling, trend charts, pivots) and data mining techniques.
* Statistical Knowledge: Practical experience leading both qualitative and quantitative research, including calculating confidence intervals and Minimum Detectable Effect (MDE).
* Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the online video industry and the broader content creator ecosystem.
* Core Competencies: Proven capability in project management, experimental design, marketing measurement, and business operations.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to translate data insights into business actions.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience designing sophisticated experimental frameworks from scratch (DoubleML knowledge is a plus).
* Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of data analysts and researchers.
* Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills to seamlessly align with global, cross-functional partners.
