Master Vehicle Technician – JCT600 (VW Van Centre West )

Competitive base salary + performance-related bonuses

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm

The Role
As a Master Technician, you'll lead on complex diagnostics and repairs, supporting the wider workshop team with your expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical/electrical repairs
* Supporting and mentoring technicians to raise workshop standards
* Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
* Communicating clearly with service advisors to keep customers informed
You'll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best.

What We're Looking For
* Qualifications:
Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance (Master Tech or brand accreditation preferred)
* Experience:
Extensive experience in diagnostics and technical repair
* Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
* Skills:
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
* Customer-first attitude
