Zip World's Food and Beverage offerings are rapidly growing with new projects and sites in development; we now seek a commercially astute F&B Manager to enable Zip World to achieve its core vision of creating extraordinary experiences by ensuring our customers are given the best possible experience. Responsible for every aspect of our F&B offerings on-site and meeting the needs of team members, customers, and other stakeholders.

The F&B Manager will be responsible for the F&B remit at Zip World Betws-y-Coed supported by an enthusiastic passionate team of staff.
What will this F&B Manager role entail?
* Have complete accountability for the results of the food and beverage outlets on site with a focus on growing the business for the future.
* Develop an F&B strategy and engage your team with clear and achievable goals.
* Taking responsibility for the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets and Kitchen teams on site.
* Be the ambassador of all our F&B outlets and ensure these are integral parts of the customer experience.
* Overseeing the catering software systems across the F&B outlets
* Manage all F&B product development and implementation process & system improvements to drive uptake.
* Develop the F&B offering with a focus on quality and local provenance, supporting the production and costing of menus and new dishes
* Monitor, review, and control the use of resources to ensure expenditure is controlled throughout the year to achieve the wages to sales budget.
* Adhere to effective security and financial procedures including opening, closing, month-end inventory, and cost monitoring.
What will I need to be considered for this F&B Manager vacancy?
* Proven experience as a Catering Manager / F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager

What will I receive in return?
As the
F&B Manager
, you will receive a salary starting in the region of
£27,500
(dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including free and discounted access to all Zip World adventures, food and beverage discounts at Zip World sites, and social events throughout the year.
You will be employed on a permanent contract working 40 hours per week, on a weekly rota basis that will include weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
