the role |
as a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. you will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

* are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making

* experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment
* strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and supportive conversations with your team
* proven experience in maintaining high food, health, safety standards
* understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit and stock management
* ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands
* leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to thrive
* passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and they belong
* problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making
