At Cox Automotive Europe, our Product Engineering team is at the heart of innovation designing and developing high-quality software products that power the UK and European Wholesale division. We\'re growing fast and looking for passionate Software Engineers to help us shape the next generation of digital solutions.
You’ll be embedded in the Manheim Vehicle Services (MVS) business—a high-volume vehicle preparation and storage operation handling over 200,000 vehicles a year for major manufacturers, finance, and rental companies.
Your mission? To build scalable, high-performance software that drives operational excellence across our three core sites in the Midlands.
What You’ll Do
* Build scalable, high-performance software
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
* Write clean, testable code and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines
* Work on .NET Core microservices in AWS
* Use Docker, Linux, GitHub Actions, and New Relic
* Work with relational and NoSQL databases
* Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
* Engage in event-driven architecture
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years in a Software Engineering role
* Hands-on experience with .NET, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, and event-driven systems
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

* Experience with TDD
