Serco - AASC Permanent, Part Time (22.5 hrs p/w, 3 days) Home Based (attend Warrington office approx. twice monthly) £17,186 per annum Corporate Benefits Package Here at Serco, within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC), we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation. We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Procurement Officer to support property procurement across the AASC contract regions. You’ll manage the full Post Code Consultation (PCC) process, build strong relationships with Local Authorities, UKVI, landlords, and internal teams, and help ensure we deliver safe, compliant accommodation for service users. What you’ll do Manage the end‑to‑end PCC process, including LA engagement, risk assessment triage, escalation, and system updates. Work with Procurement and Partnership teams to interpret police intelligence and risk data. Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and stakeholders. Track and report procurement non‑conformance, including due‑diligence issues. Support regional demand planning and represent procurement at LA engagement events. Maintain accurate MI data, inbox management, and reporting. Collaborate across departments to drive successful procurement outcomes. Support wider property sourcing activity and contribute to key projects. What you’ll bring Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills. Strong time‑management and the ability to prioritise independently. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Confidence interpreting risk information and escalating appropriately.
