Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5pm (32 hours)

We’re recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join a friendly, family-owned manufacturing business. This is a stable, office-based role within a close-knit, mature team.
The role is primarily admin-focused and not heavily phone-based, involving order processing, email correspondence, customer queries and arranging deliveries using courier services. Full training will be provided, including use of SAGE 200.
Key duties include:
* Processing customer orders and emails
* Responding to customer queries and complaints
* Arranging deliveries and couriers
* General office administration support
