Where will you be working?
At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
What will you be doing?
You’ll handle the provision of concept, developed and detailed design deliverables for mechanical pipework installations and associated mechanical services installations (including 3D Model, piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, bill of materials, design risk register, steelwork support details, valve/equipment schedules, specifications etc.); You’ll carry out design in accordance with approved customer design guides, procedures and standards and undertake site surveys and support site installation activities.
What You’ll Bring
* HNC or Degree in a technical engineering related subject.
* Proven knowledge and experience working in the Utilities Sector – Clean and wastewater.
* Knowledge of water sector standards.
* Experience using AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
