As a member of the service team, you’ll support the growth and success of your branch, ensuring value is added with every customer interaction; you’ll also be the face of aftersales customer experience, always promoting the highest standards within the retail motor industry.
About the role: Service Advisor
* Being one of the first points of contact for customers in the branch
* Booking vehicle servicing and MOT tests
* Using the in-house system to log all bookings (training provided)
* Converting inbound/outbound calls into bookings
* Overseeing the reception of clients and their vehicles at drop-off
* Conducting vehicle handovers in a professional and timely manner
