Shopfloor Supervisor
Location: Daventry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35K per annum.
This is a 3 month contract.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Shopfloor Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met safely and efficiently.
Shopfloor Supervisor Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support production staff, ensuring SOPs and safety standards are followed
* Allocate labour and resources to meet production plans
* Monitor performance to maximise efficiency and productivity
* Manage stock checks and ensure correct product identification
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve production issues
* Report equipment issues and support continuous improvement
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and team performance
About You
* Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role (automotive preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Team player with a flexible, "can-do" attitude
* Computer literate with good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
