Client Support Executive Location: Burgess Hill (Office-Based) Salary: £13.46ph Temporary - Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Manage warm leads, following up with potential clients to discuss available products and services. - Build rapport and develop trusted relationships to convert enquiries into outcomes. - Confidently explain technical or detailed information in clear, easy-to-understand language. - Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. - Keep accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system. - Support the wider team as needed and take part in a shared rota for occasional out-of-hours calls. About You - Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner. - Able to understand and simplify technical or detailed concepts for a non-technical audience. - Friendly, persuasive, and empathetic approach to client conversations. - Motivated and target-driven, with a proactive attitude. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided if needed). Skills & Experience - Previous customer engagement or client-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential. - Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. - Full product and process training will be provided
