Job Description
As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you… Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives. They are responsible for ensuring the Food and Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive. Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space. Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting. Work duty manager shifts as and when required. This is a full-time position, 39 hours per week.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Our hotel offers 206 rooms, and a leisure centre, which includes gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
