Job Title: Investment Sales Assistant

Primary Location: Grand Rapids, MI or Estero, FL

Employee Status: Full-Time, Hourly

Estimated Hours/Week: 38

Remote: No

% of Travel for the Position: 10%

About this position:

The Investment Sales Assistant role will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support and reports to the MaxWealth Management Service Manager. This position will support and serve as a liaison and support all of the sales force understanding client/member service is a top priority.

What you’ll do:

8. Computes amounts to determine cash position of various accounts and prepares vouchers to transfer funds needed to meet payments due. Computes amounts such as cash balances, dividends, gain or loss, and other investment data to verify accuracy of records and to reconcile discrepancies. Distributes investment income to various accounts according to budgeted percentages to compile investment journals.
9. Reviews statements of transactions, such as purchases and sales of securities; compares items with records to verify accuracy; enters details in journals.
10. Responsible for 3 client events, all marketing materials, vendor selection and all the details that are involved while maintaining budget guidelines.
11. Responsible for Onboarding all new clients / members. Maintaining complete and accurate files to meet NASD and FDIC audits, preparing documents and process account deposits as required, setting up meetings and all that is required when onboarding a client.
12. Responsible for all agency phone calls averaging 18+ calls per day responding to appointment needs, problems / issues, questions, explanation of paperwork, RMD’s etc. to ensure member / client satisfaction.
13. Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing all branch referrals. Will also be responsible for all programs and promotions as required.

What You’ll Bring:

14. Three years or more of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

15. A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
