Salary: £29,000 basic + team commission and uncapped upsell commission (realistic OTE £35,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 18:00; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00 (paid as overtime)

This is a varied, customer-facing role that supports both our retail counter and internal workshop operations. What Youll Do:
1. Provide excellent customer service to trade, retail, and workshop clients
2. Accurately identify, locate, and supply required parts using in-house systems
3. Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person at the front counter
4. Support the workshop by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply
5. Maintain stock records and assist with regular inventory checks
