Panel Wirer
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Panel Wirer for our client, based in Redditch. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a well-established manufacturer specialising in electrical control panels and assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team in a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your role as a Panel Wirer
Reading and interpreting CAD schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel diagrams
Building BMS and power plates to customer specifications
Installing and wiring electrical control panels
Using and maintaining tools including cutting tools, power tools, and test equipment
Inspecting and testing panels before dispatch
Packing panels effectively for delivery
Identifying and reporting faults in electrical wiring systems
Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and company standards
Supervising and transferring skills to apprentices or semi-skilled workers
Requirements
Minimum 1-year practical experience as a Panel Wirer or similar, however, less experience would be considered
Ability to read and interpret electrical specifications and diagrams
Knowledge of single and three-phase circuits, wiring accessories, and safety regulations
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
CSCS accreditation preferred
Full clean driver's licence desirable
Pay & Shifts
£13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience and a successful interview
Monday to Friday: Start between 07:00 AM - 08:30 AM
40 hours working week
