Our client is looking for a customer service expert to join their service support team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with Account Coordinators, Service Call Planners, 60+ field-based Service Technicians, and colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities as a customer service advisor:
1. Handle inbound calls and emails, logging service calls accurately.
2. Keep customers updated with ETAs and job progress, advising of any delays.
3. Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Excellent telephone manner, calm under pressure.
6. Experience in inbound customer service.
7. Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks.
8. A team player with a proactive attitude.
9. SAP knowledge preferred
