Job Description:
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Technical Support / Partner Integration Specialist to join a customer-facing technology team. This role will suit someone with strong web technology knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and customers.
* Read, understand, and analyse code to identify issues and recommend solutions.
* Support partner implementations and integrations across web-based platforms.
* Debug and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer teams.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service and relationship management.
Required Skills & Experience
* Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
* Ability to read and understand code.
* Experience supporting partner or customer implementations.
* Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
* Good understanding of web technologies.
* Hands-on experience with:
* JavaScript
* HTML
* CSS
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
* Experience working with APIs or web integrations would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with modern web application environments is beneficial.
