We are rapidly growing team based at the iconic Television Centre in West London, plugged into the wider Publicis Media network – but with the agility of a boutique agency.
Role Overview:
This is your chance to shape culture at scale.
As Influencer and Social, Strategy Director you’ll partner with some of the world’s most loved brands and creators to build bold, brilliant, creator-led campaigns and always-on content. You’ll set the strategic direction from brief to breakthrough, transforming client goals into influencer moments people actually care about.
You’ll be the first port of call on client briefs – using proprietary data, sharp cultural insight and influencer instinct to help brands make the right strategic calls. Expect to work across multiple categories from confectionary to petcare, with the scope to expand fast.
What you'll do:
* Turn strategy into stories: Translate client objectives into stand-out influencer campaigns that spark conversation and drive results.
* Lead cross-functional teams: Work with influencer activation, creative and media teams to make sure every idea is built for impact and amplified with precision.
* Shape culture, don’t chase it: Lead research on the creator landscape to develop innovative, actionable strategies that put our brands ahead of the curve.
* Champion effectiveness: Work with media teams to ensure influencer activations deliver against business goals, not vanity metrics.
* Elevate with data and insight: Use analysis, benchmarking and platform knowledge to inform and inspire every recommendation.
* Grow the business: Contribute to new business and organic growth pitches.
* Lead and nurture talent: Manage and develop a small but mighty team of emerging strategists, helping them grow into future stars.
What we're looking for:
* You’re a strategic thinker and storyteller with a genuine love for influencer culture
* Proven experience leading complex, high-profile influencer campaigns (agency experience a plus)
* A deep understanding of digital ecosystems and how influencer, social and media fit together
* Sharp analytical instincts – you know how to read data, spot patterns and turn insight into action
* A calm head under pressure – you thrive on tight turnarounds and ambitious client goals
* Solid understanding of the tools, metrics and best practices that make influencer campaigns work
